Turkey with Athlete’s Mix & Brie in a Pillsbury Crescent wrap

This recipe is our second place winner in our Holiday Contest, it was submitted by Cookin’ Greens fan Lynda Law.

Step 1

Step 1:

  • Unwrap 1/2 Pillsbury crescent dough and place on baking stone, pinch seams
  • Place about 3/4 cup cut up turkey on dough
  • Microwave 2 cups athletes mix for 2 mins, place on top of turkey
  • Cover this with about 1/4 cup of roasted garlic red pepper jelly ( warm it and drizzle)
  • Place slices of brie on top

Step 2

Step 2:

  • Place remainder of dough on top and pinch seams

Takes about 5 minutes start to finish to assemble….fast and easy

Heat in oven @ 350′ for 20-25 mins ( I heated /McCain spicy fries at the same time on the stone to make a meal) Serves 4
