Welcome to day 3!!!

I hope you have been following along thus far! Here is a little recap…Monday was the Cookin’ Greens Breakfast Pizza, by the Gouda Life, and Tuesday was Cookin’ Greens Chopped Rapini with Coconut and Spices, by The Tiffin Box – two great recipes and more to come!!!

For day 3…Bob and Carlene, from BS’ in the Kitchen were asked to create an appetizer, using the Cookin’ Greens Chopped Spinach, prestigious enough for Kevin O’Leary. Since they have the power of two minds, we thought it was only fair that they tackle the meanest of all the “Dragons.”

They were able to come up with an appetizer that was a perfect fit for Mr. O’Leary – it’s full of itself, can handle heat and is green. We made sure it was SO full of itself by stuffing it with a delicious spinach ricotta mixture – perfect if you ask me!
